This project required the development of an innovated space frame system that allowed for the concept of a higher building without adding floors. Constructed on top of a 100 year old bakery, this construction was performed and completed while the casino operations continued without interruption. When complete, this new framing was cladded to create an additional building height equivalent to three stories.
